The Foundations area serves students across the college and university, providing core graduate and undergraduate courses essential to preparing students for the populations they will work and interact with in today’s schools and society. These courses draw on disciplines such as history, philosophy, sociology, anthropology, and psychology to provide students with a deeper understanding of the social structures on which education is built.
