REI – Induction Packages
The Rural Education Institute (REI) at ECU is proud to be partnering with the Northeast Collaborative as part of a Sanford Inspire™ Grant. In collaboration with local mentor teachers, coaches, and district personnel, REI has developed the following Induction Packages to assist beginning teachers in developing understanding, skills, and reflective practices in several important areas related to teaching and learning in the classroom.
