Service Areas and Contact Information
Partnership Teach is a collaboration between the ECU College of Education and North Carolina Community Colleges. The goal of the partnership is to grow teachers dedicated to their local communities and to provide community college transfer students the opportunity to complete bachelor’s degrees through affordable, high quality, online course delivery. Students are placed in local school districts to practice principles covered in online courses and for internships. Coordinators are located throughout North Carolina to serve students through regional hub site offices.

Southeast Service Area
The Partnership Teach Southeast Service Area Office, located on the New Bern Campus of Craven Community College serves as a central location for all information relating to Southeast Service Area students. Interested students should schedule an initial appointment. Copies of all college transcripts should be brought to the initial meeting. Plan to spend one hour in the initial meeting. Copies of all college transcripts should be brought to the initial meeting which will last approximately one hour.

Western Service Area
The Partnership Teach Western Service Area office serves all students outside of the North Central and Southeast Service regions. Interested students should schedule an initial appointment with Ms. Karli Ruscoe, the hub site coordinator. Copies of all transcripts should be e-mailed to Ms. Ruscoe prior to the initial meeting. Plan to spend one hour in the initial meeting which will be conducted through web conferencing applications on your desktop or laptop computer.

Practicum and internship placements are not currently available in Watauga County. Students may request placements in neighboring school districts to complete school-based assignments.
