Regional Transformation Research Award
Award Description
The College of Education Regional Transformation Research Award celebrates outstanding research efforts that have made significant contributions to the advancement of education within the region. This esteemed award recognizes researchers whose work addresses critical educational challenges and drives transformative change in local communities. Honorees are distinguished by their innovative approaches, rigorous methodologies, and impactful findings that inform policy, practice, and educational outcomes. Through their dedication to research excellence, recipients of this award play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education and fostering positive regional development.
Awards Per Year
One award will be conferred annually. A financial stipend will be awarded to the winner, contingent upon available funding.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be a current full time tenure track/tenured faculty in the College of Education
- Have been employed in the COE for at least 1 academic semester
- Demonstrated excellence in research with a specific focus on regional development and transformation
