Allison Fears is an Assistant Professor in the Counselor Education Program in the Department of Interdisciplinary Professions at East Carolina University and a Licensed School Counselor in the state of North Carolina. Allison Fears has worked professionally as a school counselor and has authored over 20 scholarly publications and professional presentations related to school counseling and counselor education. Her research interests include school counselor training and practices, rural school counseling, and antiracist school counseling.
