DAP Lending Library

The DAP Lending Library was established to provide access of assistive technology to East Carolina University students and faculty for use in schools during practicums and for use in assignments. Alumni and community partners may also request items depending on availability. Students can check out items from the IHAT Center for a period of two weeks (and may renew if the item is not on a waitlist).

Inventory

The IHAT Center invites students to request assistance in selecting Accessible Technology (AT) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) supports tailored for varying needs. Submit a request below to talk with a staff member about checking out a device for practicum/internship students, or even for yourself.

In the form below, please include the following information (if applicable):

  • Name
  • ECU Email Address
  • Course Name
  • Description of Assignment
  • Type of AT Support Needed

Following our review, we will reach out to schedule a meeting or provide a response via email. Our goal is to collaborate with you to enhance learning accessibility and effectiveness for all students.
