We strive to be a collaborative network of school leaders, university researchers, and state education leaders to support the following outcomes:

• Provide District and School leaders resources and research surrounding Dual Language/Immersion Programs and Impacts for student learning

• Experience current programs and interact with leaders currently hosting successful Dual Language/Immersion Programs

• Engage in state and national professional development as a collaborative cohort to gain a wide span of information to share across the cohort

• Expand the professional learning network and build processes to continue the sharing and learning beyond a cohort year
