SEFR – Graduate Certificates

SEFR offers several online graduate certificates. The two certificates are in the areas of Behavior Specialist and Deaf-Blindness. Candidates in these graduate programs are prepared for advanced instructional and leadership roles in special education and community services. Non-NC residents, living outside the state, may apply to the Deaf-blind certificate off-model option, which is significantly less expensive than the traditional model. Educators interested in the NC Exceptional Children Program Administrator licensure may complete the coursework requirements at ECU.
