During her tenure, Faulconer has promoted partnerships between and among chamber committees, schools, area businesses, and elected officials. Dr. Dwight Morris, Executive Director of the Johnston County Partnership for Children, said in his remarks, “Johna has worked diligently to broaden the impact and scope of the Chambers’ role in education, understanding the unique relationship between education and economic development.  Her enthusiasm and leadership has guided the Chambers’ Education Committee to function more deliberately as a ‘working group of educators and business leaders’.  She consistently represents all levels, from early childhood to higher education as a priority Chamber initiative and throughout the entire community.”
