Hobbies/interests: I enjoy traveling, exploring outside (hiking & fishing), video games, and exploring new food. I am a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Professor who influenced you the most: Dr. Travis Lewis
An ECU memory you would like to share: Presenting our Focus of Practice in LEED 8410 Methods of Inquiry 1. This was the first class we began to explore ideas for our dissertation. We had an opportunity to present what we believed would impact our schools and/or school district in front of a panel of ECU professors and former students. This was the beginning of the journey. I remember how jubilant I was to be in this program but so nervous if I would be able to follow through until the end.
Post-graduation plans: Utilize my Ed.D to open up doors in my educational journey. I would like to continue in Pk-12 leadership to one day work with prospective teachers and administrators at nearby universities.
