Charlene Evans
Charlene Evans, center, a longtime math teacher at Plymouth High School, recently was named Northeast Regional Teacher of the Year for 2013-14. She is joined by Pamela Mills, left, Northeast Regional Teacher of the Year for 2012-13, and Karyn Dickerson, North Carolina Teacher of the Year for 2013-14. Mills teaches at First Flight Middle School in Kill Devil Hills. Dickerson is an English teacher at Grimsley High School in Greensboro.
Charlene Evans, a Plymouth High School mathematics teacher for Washington County Schools, is the Northeast Region Teacher of the Year for 2013-2014. Evans holds a master of arts in education degree in mathematics education from ECU.
